QUARTUS8.1 FITTER 阶段报错误:...of type max_mcell

QUARTUS8.1编译工程在 FITTER 阶段报下面错误:


Error: Can't route source node "BDI_DIN" of type max_io to destination node "ISA_DATA~10062" of type max_mcell


器件是 MAX3512,宏单元使用率还不到1/3,试过优化编译选项"speed \balance \area"没有效果;

PCB已经做好,请问如何解决? 是不是和QUARTUS的设置有关系?
