[*]判断模块开机了没有？量一下VCC_EXT脚的电压输出。
[*]判断一下你的串口线TX与RX是不是短路的?
[*]一般情况,就算你发的指令有错,它也会回个ERROR,此外模块在上电开机时,UART输出一些开机信息,比如RDY

是的，MCU发送AT命令，然后串口中断接收到的内容是已发送的AT命令。
