PICKIT4与PIC18F47Q43问题

求大神指点，以前用的PICKIT3都很好用，现用PICKIT4对应用了一个PIC18F47Q43，编译等都是OK，但用PICKIT4下载到IC就是下不了，有大神有指点。

首先MPLAB X 能看到PICKIT4吗?
属性里能看到 PICkit 4: BUR XXXXXXXX
