iIWR683isk程序烧写不进去

一直都是下面这个问题[
2021/12/25 下午5:14:14] Cortex_R4_0: Initial response from the device was not received. Please power cycle device before re-flashing.
Cortex_R4_0: Not able to connect to serial port. Recheck the COM port selected.
