使用NMOS做开关那就是关闭的时候测到的是满量程,甚至是高于VCC的电压,会不会损害IO?

这里表示悬空,高阻模式
就是相当于IO悬空了,依靠上拉电阻关闭PMOS。
如果给它低电平信号,拉低,那么就是打开了测量功能。
