楼主你好,这里不知道你使用的是哪个版本的BSP,不同BSP使用的mfgtool的版本也是不一样的。你这里使用的是i.mx6solo,你可以到官网上:

下Hardware Development Tools (30)------->
Programmers (Flash, etc.) (10) --------->
你可以看到不同版本的mfgtool。

楼主你好,很抱歉才看到你的回复。我刚试了一下Mfgtools-Rel-4.1.0_130816_MX6DL_UPDATER文件有些太大了,我这边附件没法传给你。你把你邮箱发给我一下,我通过我们内部的平台发给你。

楼主你好,你这里使用的是i.mx6s芯片,BSP使用的是L3.0.35_4.1.0_130816_source的话,Mfgtools-Rel-4.1.0_130816_MX6DL_UPDATER工具是可以使用的。不过在你使用的时候cfg.ini文件需要配置正确。i.mx6s和i.mx6dl配置会有些不同的。
