描述退出停止模式时有下列一段描述：
“When the voltage regulator operates in low-power mode, an additional startup delay is incurred when waking up from Stop mode. By keeping the internal regulator ON during Stop mode, the consumption is higher although the startup time is reduced.”
an additional startup delay 是否有明确的时间？手册里面没找到。
在做功耗测试，实际测得时间在十几毫秒级，感觉不太对。
