[求助]Spartan-6可以通过JTAG识别，但是却下载不了程序！！！

使用的SPI的x4模式，配置电路如下图所示：

求大神帮帮忙。。。感觉电路没有错误啊！！！使用USB可以下载其他的芯片！！！USB应该没有问题。
