how to using emulation narrow mode in MC9S12DG256

using, narrow, mc9s12dg256, emulation, AN
I want to expand RAM size in my application, in which MC9S12DG256B is used, so emulation narrow mode is selected. is there anybody who can tell me how to implement it using ECLK and RW signal only, external address bus and data bus are also included.
