Sometimes I have inquiry from USA/UK/India etc that want to outsource the whole life cycle of consumer electronics product to me, I mean the hardware/software requirement spec, design, prototyping, manufacturing, QC, etc.
I know a lot about software assistance for hardware design/debug, but I'm not capable to do complex hardware design myself.
I know some good hardware engineers, but they are mostly the employee of my client company, and I think that it's immoral for me to partner with them on projects outside their employer's assignment.
So I'd like to partner with a good electronics engineer outside my client company.
We can partner based on project, whenever there's project, we can work together, and share the profit in a fair way.
You can do the project in part time, or you can be a freelancer just like me.
And I think you must be prepared to take risk in development and be proactive in attitude to development.
Every client have their prefered outsourcing condition, and I'd like us to be flexible, to adjust on their request.
Currently, I have a contract from USA, a security camera project, I've talked with the client for sometime, and he has investigated many other Chinese manufacturers, he prefer to outsource the project to me.
His cost requirement on the final product is rather stringent, i can't assemble existing hardware in market to fulfill his cost requirement, the only way is to custom design a new system to cost down.
