我在使用msp430下载器时出现的问题

MSP430, ST, TI, RS, TE
下载时出现如下问题：the c-spy "run to main"is enabled,but due to lack of 
breakpoints,this is require single stepping which may take a long time .
do you want to execute anyway,or stop at the first instruction?

Please remove all break points or do not run to main if you are using 2 break points.

单步执行一些循环程序会浪费很多时间，建议设置断点。
