“An example can be found in the Tele-Training Module 3 “Advanced PSoC Design.” The base configuration simply includes an 8-bit counter as clock source for a serial transmission. The second configuration includes a serial receiver, only; the third configuration, a serial transmitter, only. The base configuration is activated all the time and, depending on the desired transmission direction, the receiver or transmitter is loaded and activated.
