在an2015上或许你能找到你想要, 不知你看过没有: A Flash write requires that an entire 64-byte block be written, even if only 1 byte is to be modified. Any block write uses what is called an endurance cycle (of which there are a maximum of 50,000 per block). A maximum of 36 x 50,000 block endurance cycles is allowed for any PSoC part. This may be balanced between operations on 36x1 blocks of 50,000 maximum cycles each, or 36x2 blocks of 25,000 maximum cycles each, or 36x4 blocks of 12,500 maximum cycles each (and so forth to limit the total number of cycles to 36x50,000 and that no single block ever sees more than 50,000 cycles). Normally, a PSoC device is specified as having 36x64 bytes of Pseudo-EE PROM for maximum endurance.
