不怕大家笑话,我是电子元件技术行业的外行.但现在自己从事销售电子元器件,有些技术方面的问题真的很令人头痛.前段时间向客户出售了TDA6060XS INF 这款IC,我也是从别的供应商那拿的货,供应商说是原装的,但客户测试后说不能用,供应商那又不能退货,但客户硬把货退回来了.所以请哪个大侠指点一下,在下真的万分感激.<br /><br />我发过去的TDA A5 6060 XS,客户说他从别家买的是原装的是TDA B5 6060 XS.<br />并测试结果:<br />GROUND -------------to------------ Vcc 必须显示为1 MOHM,也就是说R=1MOHM.他还说我们的IC是西门子的,R=1000 ohmand.<br /><br />不太会翻译,我把原文放在上面:<br />GROUND -------------to------------ Vcc must show the 1 MOHM. to meaning of must show the R =1MOHM,but when your IC with SIEMENS mark test in factory's LAB ,show the R=1000 ohmand this subject show the defect of this IC ,and show the short circuit and immidiately when 5 V enter to it, the IC have not R and could't bear.and again this case show the defect of this IC<br />surely you don't know about to this subject and this is error that sent us different serial no.<br /><br />请各位大侠帮忙,我怎么才能知道我的IC不是原装的,是客户弄错了还是供应商骗了我?谢谢!!!! |
