请教各位大虾:smartarm2200网口下载zlg_boot.hex出问题了

用smartarm2200开发板上的网口下载zlg_boot.hex到片外flash中，出现了问题，不能顺利下载．ＡＸＤ中运行程序后

超级终端界面如下：

Notice：Flash must be in BANK0 and Ram must be in BANK1!

This file is not inter 32 bit hex file!!

文件不能顺利下载进flash中（串口下载也会出现同样问题），有用smartarm2200开发板碰到过类似问题的吗，求助各位大虾到底是什么问题，
不会是sst39vf160坏了吧,但通过ＪＴＡＧ可以将程序烧进flash，flash应该不会坏吧！

SmartARM2200的zlg_boot下载方式除了串口和网口之外，还可以使用产品光盘里面的\Chapter 5_uCLinux Operating System\BootLoader and Sources\zlg_boot\zlg_boot_SmartARM2200工程直接下载；由于前面两种方法都是没有经过协议检验的，因此下载过程中有可能出错，但是这3种方法一般都至少有一种可以成功下载zlg_boot.

请教各位大虾:smartarm2200网口下载zlg_boot.hex出问题了
