首先确认你的网卡正常工作，让他处于自动获取IP状态，启动linux终端（root权限），因为fedora10下已经自带有pppoe的安装文件，可以直接输入如下命令，要想理解各个步骤是什么意思，那就看英语咯，我这里就不多解析了。
