IAR打开STM32例程报错

version of the workbench.

Diagnostics: 'Unsupported version 8 of list option descriptor 'FormatVariant''.
  Options for 'XLINK' will be set to default.

我用IAR打开官方网站下的例程打开报上面这个错误，下载也不能正常下载。用串口1下载，上位机软件也连不上。波特率设置11500，8个数据位、1个停止位，偶校验。设置有问题吗？我用的开发板是EK-STM32F.JTAG和usb都连不上。
