教育网上不了立创商城

最近从教育网不能直接上立创商城了。PING了一下IP:

C:\Documents and Settings\xxxx>ping WWW.SZLCSC.COM

C:\Documents and Settings\xxxx>ping WWW.SZ-JLC.COM
Pinging web084238.cyberidc.COM [119.147.71.62] with 32 bytes of data:

C:\Documents and Settings\xxxx>ping WWW.JLC-GW.COM
Pinging web084238.cyberidc.COM [119.147.71.62] with 32 bytes of data:

可见PCB和钢网网站是同一服务器，教育网可访问，但不能登录。
商城换服务器了？从教育网访问不了。

在此列表以外的IP从教育网不能直接访问。

所以可能不是我们网站本身的问题，而是教育网那边拦截了您对我们网站的请求？
我们可以申请加入他那个列表的吗？
