求助ICD2调试问题!

我调试的是16F630芯片,线应该没有接错...在线仿真的时候RUN点错之后就出现下面的错误!为什么无法仿真,而是程序烧进芯片里去了,还有就是写EEPROM的时候会有问题,貌似写不进去,引起了看门狗复位...无法理解
希望有高手看到

我调试的是PIC16F676，现在无法仿真，连接时出现以下提示，请高手解答，谢谢！
