1、有时发现将92脚设置为CLK后，91脚无法设置为RST.(CLK、RST都是全局信号)
2、另外我定义了一个gRST信号，layout时发现有错误，错误如下：
PRL11: Cannot assign net gRST_c to the Upper Right quadrant because its driver gRST_pad is assigned to the Lower Left quadrant.
The net and its driver must be assigned to the same quadrant.
这是什么意思呢。
