IAR遇到的麻烦——failed to load the component

用IAR打开一个.eww文件时弹出Failed to load the component "C:\Program Files\IAR Systems\Embedded Workbench 5.0 Kickstart\ARM\bin\armlmiftdi.dll"
The file may be missing or corrupt
more info:"LoadLibrary failed"
点击确定后又出现An error occured trying to initialize the debugger.Debugging will not be available in this session
再点击确定后才出现编辑器界面，可是一make就报很多错

求高人请教
