在用芯片资料的时候就是不知道那个BSC在哪找?

俺的理解是:
    BSC是指设计尺寸(名义尺寸,额定尺寸),供用户制作PCB封装焊盘时用的基准尺寸.由于实际芯片引脚是冲压件,外形尺寸会变形,因此厂方又给出一个偏斜的公差范围,用户在制作每个引脚焊盘时要包容这个公差带.对于较密的引脚,同时还要考虑引脚间的最小间隙是否满足PCB板厂的加工工艺要求. 对于外形来说,BSC指不包括飞边或毛刺的尺寸,这个对画PCB板影响不大.

BSC指没有误差,比如1mm BSC,就是指严格的1mm。
