PCB Matrix IPC-7351 LP软件能生成Protel 99 的库吗？

CAD output:选Protel 99SE;
Options--PADS　ＡＳＣＩＩ　Ｖｅｒｓｉｏｎ：３．５
ｃｒｅａｔｅ　后，　生成　　＊＊.asc　文件，不是ＤＤＢ文件。　怎么打开？
