ST7烧录问题。请帮忙

ST7烧录问题请帮忙，发现几片板烧录有问题。

有一片烧录OK的ST7芯片，我把OPTION的晶振改为外部晶振也出现如下相同的错误提示！

Error : Cannot communicate with the device ! Option Bytes are Disabled on the device.
Check the ICC cable connection and check all the needed pin connections on the ICP connector.
Clock is 'External source' in this ICP mode.
On Application, connect OSC pin from ICP connector or an Oscillator or a logic clock.

我选择 'ICP OPT Enable' 出现以下错误提示：

Error : Cannot communicate with the device ! Option Bytes are Enabled on the device.
Check the ICC cable connection and check all the needed pin connections on the ICP connector.
Try the other programming mode:'ICP OPT Disable' in order to check the Options
Bytes on the device (Clock Source,PLL,LVD) compare to the application configuration.
