xilinx-FPGA 有免费的can核么

用422做了一个接口，现在想改成can的，xilinx-FPGA的can核免费么，附近用飓风系列的比较多，改用xilinx-FPGA，有哪些要注意的，能帮忙说下么

习惯用quartus， xilinx-FPGA有类似nios2的类似工具么

好像是没有的.在可以申请的总线license中有

点击evaluate,然后点开Full System Hardware Evaluation
按照要求就能申请了
