具体要求如下：
招聘职位：
FOL Process Engineer (SMT)
前道SMT工艺工程师
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or Science.
Minimum 3years experience in SMT, epoxy and soft solder die attach processes
Plus factor knowledge and skills in ESEC2007 and ESEC 2008, YAMAHA ，YHP2,HELLER, BTU and TREK Cleaner
Good inter-personal skills
Sr.EOL Process Engineer
资深后道工艺工程师
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering and Science.
4 years above semiconductor engineering experience.
Work interdependent.
Be familiar with Molding Process.
EOL Process Engineer
后道工艺工程师
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering and Science.
(Optional: College with 3 years engineering experience in semiconductor industry)
Be familiar with Molding Process.
