我使用以下manual中的例子程序,但是找不到模型d_nand,我发现不但这个d_and,d_or都是用不了.都是说d_nand是unknow model

是不是要引用什么才可以用?
我在manual中看到一段话
The following digital models are supplied with XSPICE. The descriptions included below consist of an
example model Interface Speci cation File and a description of the model's operation. This is followed by
an example of a simulator-deck placement of the model, including the .MODEL card and the speci cation
of all available parameters. Note that these models have not been finalized at this time.
是不是指ngspice不提供,Xspice才提供呢? |
