各位高手，大虾们，LM2907是接上资料上说得R1,C1和C2就可以将频率转换成电压了吗？
还有资料上面“The input threshold voltage is the amount of
differential input voltage at which the output of this stage
changes state. Two options (LM2907-8, LM2917-8) have
one input internally grounded so that an input signal must
swing above and below ground and exceed the input thresholds
to produce an output.”
是说频率需要正负电压变化吗？单电压的频率不可以吗？
