SiT8009B是LVCMOS / LVTTL兼容输出的业界功耗最低的高频振荡器。典型电流消耗为5.5 mA(1.8 V),可以在不影响性能的情况下实现更环保的电子器件。它为大容量便携和消费应用提供了低功耗,出色的稳定性,灵活的工作电压,小尺寸和最短的交货时间的完美结合。

对于SOT23-5封装中的同一器件,请参考SiT2002B。
