北陆电气工业株式会社是MEMS三轴加速度领域的佼佼者、先行者;全球最小的三轴加速度传感器的制造者。 2006年10月北陆电气工业在亚洲最大规模的融合了影像、信息、通信技术的国际博览会——日本电子**科技博览会CEATEC Japan上,推出了一款全球最小的三轴加速度传感器,尺寸为3mm见方,1mm厚,并于10月开始向手机和硬盘生产商供货,这是全球首次突破10mm3大关的产品。除减小了封装体积外,还新增了分配输出功能。当X轴、Y轴和Z轴的加速度均低于0.4g时,将检测信号输入“下落检测”端子;当X轴、Y轴和Z轴的加速度均高于1.5g时,则将检测信号输入“冲击检测”端子,即可检测出嵌入该传感器模块的设备是否运行异常。 耗电量方面,在工作频率为500Hz的“模式A”下为0.7mA,在250MHz的“模式B”下为0.35mA(均为标准值)。工作电压为+2.2V~+3.6V。 |
