有人用ICD4仿真或者烧录程序的吗？

刚使用PIC单片机不久，有大神帮忙看一下是什么问题吗?非常感谢！
我在MPLAB IPE中使用ICD4烧录程序不成功。
MPLAB IPE中使用ICD4连接目标板，能够正常连接，如下图
，
但是点击“Program”时烧录失败，提示如下

我的ICD4与目标板的连接如下图，

我是从水晶头的背面6个引脚直接引出线连接到板子上，不知道这种做法是不是有问题。
刚使用PIC单片机不久，有大神帮忙解答一下吗?非常感谢！
