debugger模式RUN失败

各位大佬，
KIT3，芯片是PIC16F1507
我的板子烧录没问题，但是点运行就出现这个错误：是什么原因啊？
Programming...
Programming/Verify complete

Running...
PK3Err0040: The target device is not ready for debugging.
Please check your configuration bit settings and program
the device before proceeding.

我没装MPLAB，主菜单有Debug和Program.Debug里有烧写菜单，Program里也有烧写菜单。

AC244051买来了，但是发现板子上的芯片是PIC16F1509，我实际使用的芯片是1507，请问1509的板子可以调试吗？
