为啥我烧录不了啊？

用的是CY8CKIT-059的前段（PSoC5）后面接的是CY8C4124PCI-432的裸片（PSoC4 ) 有大神可以看下吗？时钟线跟数据线还给接了100K的上拉就是烧录不进去
