Netsol的前身为韩国Samsung SRAM事业部,分立出来后一直致力于
SRAM芯片的研发与创新,在SRAM领域拥有比较完整的产品线:
Quadruple / DDR SRAM , Synchronous SRAM(同步),
Asynchronous Fast SRAM(异步)。 现在使用Netsol产品的都为一些
电子工业巨头所使用,如3Com,CISCO,ZTE,HUAWEI等。我们的同
步高速SRAM产品可与 ISSI,Cypress,Lyontek之系列兼容替代,比如
Netsol的S7R161882M型号的产品可替代Cypress的CY7C1312KV18型
号的产品, 且在某些参数性能上有一定的优势。
SRAM产品分为低功耗SRAM和高速缓存SRAM,同步SRAM和异步SRAM
,容量从1Mb到144Mb.广泛应用于医疗工业设备,通讯,测试检测设备,
显示设备等,外置于STM32等MCU,Xilinx,Altera等FPGA周边电路,低延
时性,超低功耗。
