EPCS选型时，看官方数据手册Serial Configuration Devices (EPCS1,EPCS4, EPCS16, EPCS64, and EPCS128)Data Sheet，有实例，很好，想照着做

Example 3–1. Compression Ratio Calculation
EP4SGX530 = 189,000,000 bits
EPCS128 = 134,217,728 bits
Preliminary data indicates that compression typically reduces the configuration
bitstream size by 35% to 55%. We take the worst case that is 35% compression.
189,000,000 bits × 0.65 = 122,850,000 bits
It fits EPCS128 device.

结果再打开Stratix IV Device Handbook，怎么也找不到189,000,000 bits
这个数是怎么得到的？是不是通过某种方式计算得到的？

171,722,057和189,000,000有差别，189,000,000到底是怎么来的？

查Altera产品目录 http://www.altera.com.cn/literature/sg/product-catalog.pdf
P8 EP4SGX530的Configuration file size (Mb) = 172 Mb = 172 x 1024 x 1024 = 180, 355, 072
然后使用压缩，可压缩掉35%，那么就需要65% x 172 Mb = 117, 230, 797 = 111.8 Mb，
然后EPCS128的容积为128Mb，于是用EPCS128就可以存储压缩后的EP4CGX570的配置文件。
