继电器选型(触点电压直流48V,容量480V以上的功率继电器)?

由于要求通过继电器触点的电压为直流48V,最大电流为10A以上,那么容量就达到了480W,有见过这么大容量的吗?麻烦留个型号,谢谢!

去配套市场看看吧

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;这个规格不难找,继电器讲究线包电压、触点耐压和额定电流,型号无所谓,同一规格不同厂家的可以互换,但型号却很可能根本不同,型号相同反而说明是仿制的。

触点闭合后电压=?鸭,触点分开时电流=?鸭?

lz的电功怕是还给老师了吧,哈哈<br />继电器触点的接触电阻一般为50mΩ左右,闭合后流过10A电流的压降会有多大?

楼上的说的对,继电器的选用要主要触点的分断电压和电流,同时还要主要驱动线包的电压,根据你自己的使用条件选一个就可以了.当然不同厂家生产的质量会大不相同.

这是厂方提供的继电器触点性能曲线图

一般厂家没有或是不提供这个负载曲线图,以致让设计人员往往只看到最大直流电压<110V这个指标,没想到了50V时,负载电流就只剩1/10了,这也是一些设计中就数继电器触点最嫩,最容易拉弧烧毁.汗汗汗那.<br />直流大电流最易拉弧,交流情况就好得多了.
