Q:What if my PSpice for TI license is not working?
A:PSpice for TI licenses are valid for one year, so check to see if yours has expired. Log in to your TI.com account to renew/re-validate your license(s). If this does not resolve the issue, please contact the [tr]TI Customer Support Center.

Q:Are there limitations to the number of licenses I can hold for the PSpice for TI tool?
A:Yes. Each myTI login may get 1 license which is good for installations on up to 3 computers.
Q:I get license expiration warning in the middle of my session using PSpice for TI. What should I do?
A:Your licenses are about to expire. Please connect to the internet if you are not already online. PSpice for TI will automatically refresh the licenses. If that does not work, please reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.
Q:I was unable to use PSpice for TI for the past couple of months. Suddenly I restarted my application and I cannot use it anymore? Why?
A:Please check if the error message is directing to Internet. It could be that you had stayed offline for more than 30 days.
Q:Does PSpice for TI need a license to run?
A:Yes. PSpice for TI does need a license to run. This is installed as part of the software installation and it is validated periodically by the PSpice of TI application.
Q:How long can I be offline while running the PSpice for TI application?
A:Once you have a successfully validated, you can stay offline for 30 days. After which if you are still not connected to Internet, PSpice for TI will warn two times and then exit.
Q:Do I need to be connected to Internet when I launch PSpice for TI for the first time?
A:Yes. PSpice for TI will need to connect over the Internet to validate your credentials. If you planning to go offline, we strongly recommend you stay connected for 24-48 hours before you go offline.
Q:My PSpice for TI software download failed in middle of downloading software? What do I do?
A:Try to re-install the PSpice for TI tool. See if you have internet connection. If you have valid internet connection and installation fails, please contact our customer support team with appropriate error messages displayed.
Q:I am getting User Max Hosts exceeded message while trying to register. What does that mean?
A:The error within the PSpice for TI tool means you have already used the Access Key to install on three separate machines which is the maximum. If you need to install on the new machine, please go to our customer support center for additional guidance.
Q:I am unable to download the PSpice for TI software. It gives me an error.
A:
First identify the error message displayed. Some of the errors are self-explanatory and you can correct it yourself and there are others which require assistance.
Please follow the instructions on the error message and note down the error message.

Q:When I use the Access Key with PSpice for TI Installer, it gives me an error?
A:Do you see the following: “Error displayed: Access key entered is not in expected format”.
Please verify if you have entered the Access Key as received in the email and it should be in the following format -
Example: 4B1451D4-81B4-4B39-A889-A5E9531F9890
(Hint: click the eye icon to the right of the input field will reveal the key you entered)
