器件, ccs, TE, ce, se

在搞CC2640R2F，导入CCS工程时，出现提示：
See details below.
   Error: Device is either 'null' or is currently not recognized by CCS.
See 'Help > Check for Updates' or visit CCS App Center to get the latest device support.

Updates不管用时，出现的提示是这样的：

使用App Center来装，但它也不听话了：
