运行M031_Series_BSP_CMSIS_V3.03.000目录下的sample打开错误，提示：
The Project references devices， files or libraries that are not installed.
Download and Install：
ThirdParty Device Support for'Nuvo ton：M032SE3AE'
(Device not included in Legacy Device Database)
然后还选择不了器件。芯片包我都装过了，我自己新建的工程就能选择M032SE3AE
