SWD模式，AT32IDE无法烧录.Error connecting DP: cannot read IDR

1.芯片AT32F421F8P7,
2.PA13,PA14,开机1s后配置成输入模式
3.使用AT -LINK
4.空白芯片，第一次AT32IDE烧录成功，之后一直失败

5.使用官方ICP正常，每次都成功。

这具体是那里出现问题？求大佬指点

使用ICP把代码全擦除了，然后再用AT32 IDE下载试试
