TDS560USB连接问题

以前一直能用。试了好几块板子（6713和6747），都报JTAG错误。如下：SC_ERR_PATH_BROKEN <-233>
The JTAG IR and DR scan-paths cannot circulate bits, they may be broken.
An attempt to scan the JTAG scan-path has failed.
The target's JTAG scan-path appears to be brokenwith a stuck-at-ones or stuck-at-zero fault.

网上也见过同样的提问，不知道最终解决方法是什么？求大虾意见：

升级CCS版本，安装相应驱动，升级驱动前，一定要先卸载之前的驱动，可能需要重启

LZ，检查下JTAG的接口有虚焊或者是没有插好的情况。

您好，我现在遇到了跟您一样的问题，我是一块28335的板子，第一次往里烧程序的时候是正确的，后来往里下载的时候不知道是操作的问题还是其他原因，现在已经无法连接上了，您那个问题解决了吗？

我的JTAG的接口没有问题，就是上电后28335没有工作，因为摸一下是凉的

你用的这个仿真器可能不兼容开发板。
