In order to meet these requirements, an interference-free 100 kHz pulse-width modulation (PWM) voltage-stabilized power supply was designed. The calculation, winding and measurement for making choke with ferrite loop are discussed emphatically. The PWM power supply not only can be used for valtage-stabilizing and control of light sources of instruments, but also can be used for other circuits.▲ 1 前 言 在用灯作光源的分析仪器或生化仪器中,一般都要求对灯的供电进行稳压,有的还要求对灯的亮度能进行有效控制。以往稳压电源大多采用固定式或可调式串联稳压模块,其缺点是效率低,调整器件发热量大,不适于微型化仪器。本文介绍的脉冲调宽式(PWM)稳压电源,不仅效率高、发热量小,而且由于采取了一系列措施,其干扰小,控制也十分方便。 2 工作原理及构成 输出可控PWM开关电源的电路原理图见图1。
