编译, ST, tv, STM8, STM
#error cpstm8 C:\Program Files\COSMIC\CXSTM8_32K\Hstm8\mods0.h:1 FlexLM No such feature exists.

编译器没装对或没配置对。

这说明你的C编译器没有license
