我公司要做一款IC,那家IC设计公司可以设计？

功能要求：

      1，MP3 decoding
      2，WMA decoding
      3, MP3 encoding
      4, USB 2.0 OTG
      5, AUDIO CODEC
时间要求：三个月全部完成。
