The typical power consumption measured is 7.9mA directly from the 3.7V Li-ion
battery = 29mW. Note the power consumption will also depend on the CPU and
HBUS clock frequencies. For this test, the CPU freq = 64MHz, HBUS freq = 64MHz,
and DDR2 in self-refresh mode. This is the power consumed by the MX28 processor,
DDR2 memory, and digital supply of the WVGA display. In this mode, the display
backlight is turned off.
2)Deep sleep
In deep sleep, the MX28 PMU will be turned off and the 3V, 1.8V (for DDR2, etc),
and core rails will be at 0V. Battery power is still provided to the MX28 processor
to run the 32KHz RTC (real time clock) circuitry on the MX28. In this mode, the
typical power consumption will be 13uA with a 3.7V Li-ion battery = 48uW.
