[求助] 2440核心板解压缩内核报crc error，但是核心板在友善的

各位好
请问有没有遇到过解压内核报crc error的？

用的友善核心板 MICRO2440，在他们底板上能正常启动，但是在我自己设计的底板上启动报crc error。
用光的PCB只焊电源和调试口，一样报错，数据地址线已断开。

供核心板的5V电源已经量了,是稳定的
