1.2版的Virtex-6 FPGA PCB Design Guide说：Virtex-6 devices require few PCB capacitors because high-frequency ceramic capacitors are already present inside the device package (mounted on the package substrate)。是不是像表2-1，2-2，2-3所说的，每个FPGA只需要给VCCINT提供几个去耦电容，VCCO和VCCAUX不需要去耦电容，旁路电容一律不需要？Xilinx的ML605开发板上可是挂了一大堆电容的。
