psoc芯片供电问题

我的psoc芯片用的是3.3V供电，板子还有其他应用3.3V供电芯片，所以不能用5V烧写芯片。请问miniprog1或3怎么才能烧写我的psoc芯片？

楼主用的芯片比较低端，只能用烧写器供电模式烧写吧

那你就用 miniprog3 来烧写，3.3V供电咯

如没有miniprog3，就用miniprog1 ，5v供电，但是需要加外围电路，分压得到3.3v在烧录

Miniprog3 User Guide第12页有介绍，miniprog3可以提供200 mA电流给板上供电，供电电压可以选择1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, 5V

On boards where there is a single power supply for the entire board, the MiniProg3 can, in some cases, supply power to the board. This supply is limited to approximately 200 mA, and is protected against excess current draw. The power supply voltage can be selected from one of 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, or 5V. The 5V supply may be as low as 4.25V or as high as 5.5V, as it is supplied directly from the USB port.

我刚才试了一下，用 Miniprog3 选 3.3V 烧写没问题。

是的，Miniprog3可以3.3V烧录

你可以给板子供电，Miniprog 不供电，这样就不存在你那问题了。
不过配置的时候要注意：Programming Mode配置成 Reset mode。 Miniprog 1&3 都支持这样烧写程序，前提是你的 PSOC1 的 Reset 脚接到烧录接口了。
