DSP仿真连接出错

使用的是Ti的TMS320VC5509A，仿真器是XDS100V2。用开发板和仿真器跑裸机程序是可以的，但是一旦加载系统跑的话，在程序将要加载完的时候就会提示：
Error 0xA0010002/-1143 Error during: Memory, RTDX,  The memory at 0x00000400 continually
indicated it was 'not ready' All memory operations currently in progress were aborted in
order to regain control of the processor. This is considered a catastrophic event, but the
debugger should  still be able to access memory and CPU registers. System state has been
altered.  It is strongly advised that the processor should be reset before resuming
execution,
最关键的是“The memory at 0x00000400 continually
indicated it was 'not ready'
