ICD3 的使用问题

这是啥问题？我的几十块目标板都换过来了，都这样，我把ICD3都拆了，每根线都量了，通的！是不是ICD3坏了！哪位高手分析下，谢谢！

在次自检时出现以下几点提示:
ICD3Err0063: Test interface PGC clock line write failure.
Please ensure that the tester is properly connected.

Test interface PGD data line write not tested.

Test interface PGC clock line read not tested.

Test interface PGD data line read not tested.

Test interface LVP control line not tested.

Test interface MCLR level not tested.
ICD3Err0057: Interface test could not be completed. Please
contact your local FAE/CAE to SAR the unit.

是不是ICD3坏了？
